Only works in the US at the moment. But it seems you message in your name and location, and Dodgeball tells you who is nearby. If you message in a 'crush', youll be told when the love of your life is near by. This doesn't seem to be GPS/location based services. More like Twitter for dating? Or Groovr shoutouts for bumping into friends?
